Office Manager
1. How did you get into dentistry?
I've always had a strong passion for helping others. Initially, I pursued a career in nursing, but as I explored different paths in healthcare, the dental field truly captured my interest. That led me to pursue my education and certification as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). Shortly after graduating, I was offered the opportunity to stay on as an instructor in the dental program at Manor College—an experience that deepened my commitment to patient care. It was during my time there that I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kaffey!
2. How long have you been working here?
I have been working in both offices since 2021
3. What do you like about your job?
I take pride in helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair, especially knowing that dentistry can be a source of anxiety for many. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient smile with confidence after completing their treatment. I also appreciate that dentistry is a constantly evolving field—there’s always something new to learn, which keeps me inspired and continuously growing in my profession.
4. Tell a little about yourself/what do you like to do in your free time?
I was born in Portugal and am fluent in Portuguese! In September 2023, I got married to husband Jorge. In May 2024, we welcomed our beautiful daughter—an incredible milestone that has brought immense joy to my life! I enjoy spending time with both of them, as well as swimming and reading!

Patient Care Coordinator
1. How did you get into dentistry?
I got into dentistry 4 years ago. I was looking for a job and I had never been in the dental field before and wanted to try something new!
2. How long have you been working here?
I have been at Leading Dental Solutions since March of 2025.
3. What do you like about your job?
I like being around professional staff who is able to help me grow and teach me new things. I also love being able to help people, especially when it comes to scheduling their appointments, this makes me proud!
4. Tell a little about yourself/what do you like to do in your free time?
I love to cook, put on my favorite movie and relax at home. I hangout with my best friend , go shopping and go to the gym- depending on my mood ;)

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
1. How did you get into dentistry?
I always enjoyed going to the dentist as a child, the atmosphere was always very cheerful! This made me want to be a part of helping patients and being able to help keep them healthy.
2. How long have you been working here?
I have been here since January 2026!
3. What do you like about your job?
I enjoy the fact that I am able to help patients improve their smile and be a part of calming their dental anxiety. I also love my coworkers and my patients!
4. Tell a little about yourself/what do you like to do in your free time?
I've been living here in Montgomery Township and I have 2 beautiful kids. I also have a dog named Brookie. On my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and kids, going to the shore and going to their sport events!

1. How did you get into dentistry?
A friend of mine introduced me in the field, ended up liking it and decided to changed my Major from BSN to RDH.
2. How long have you been working here?
I have been at Leading Dental Solutions for almost 4 years!
3. What do you like about your job?
Help people improve their oral health, I like to build relationships with patients, I love the satisfaction of seeing positive results in my patients' well being.
4. Tell a little about yourself/what do you like to do in your free time?
I've been living here in Montgomery Township for more than a decade. I have 2 boys both graduated from North Penn High. I also have 3 cats. During my free time at home I'm always in the kitchen making food. I also love spending quality time outdoor with my husband and friends playing golf (:
